Program Fees: INR 1,800 (inclusive of all taxes)

- Run workouts – Tue, Thu & Sat
- Weight Training – Wed & Fri
- Rest Days – Sun & Mon
Workout info on ONCA APP:
- Workout of the day will be available on the broadcast section at 4:45 am on workout days
- Communication on workout reminders on the broadcast section the prev evening to prep you for the next day's workout
- Access to chat with Captain & Coach (one-to-one) for workout/training-related queries
- 'Helpdesk' chat for other support related
